Information
Flamma®675 is bright and stable near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye that features high water solubility and low toxicity. It has a similar optical spectrum to Alexa Fluor®680, Cy5.5, DyLight®680, IRDye®680LT. Near-infrared fluorescent dye is mainly used for In-Vivo Imaging in drug delivery and tumor research, as it is highly permeable to biological tissue. Flamma®675 Sulfo-NHS ester has a higher water solubility than Flamma®675 NHS ester, and it can be directly added to reacting solution without dissolving process in organic solvents such as DMSO or DMF. It is effective for labeling since it rapidly and high-specifically reacts to Protein containing amine (-NH2) in aqueous solution, Antibody and Primary amine (-NH2) of Amine-modified Oligonucleotide.
