  • Q10_Storage Conditions

    Basically, storage conditions for our shipping products are -20 ℃ in the freezer. Nevertheless, it will not affect product purity or life at higher temperatures during air flight. If the products need to be shipped using a special condition, we will give you a prior notice.

  • Q9_Return Policy

    "If the product is defective, you can return it.
    However, this will not be returned in case of a simple change of mind of the customer. "

    Try using another search criterion; our search accepts compound name (full, partial, or keyword), catalog #, CAS #, or chemical structure. To send a product inquiry, click 'Order > Inquiry' menu or email sales@futurechem.co.kr

  • Q6_Purchasing inquiries (bulk amount, unlisted package size, etc.)

    Click 'Order > Inquiry' menu for the product of interest and complete the short form.
    Include the desired quantity and any questions. You may also e-mail sales@futurechem.co.kr

  • Q5_Pro forma invoice

    A. If you need a pro forma invoice, please clearly state "Pro Forma" within your order inquiry and we will e-mail it to you.

  • Q4_Technical inquiries (Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, etc.)

    ? Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are supported with product.

    ? FutureChem customers may download MSDS, CoA (Certificate of Analysis) on 'Download Documents' menu, using the catalog number and lot number. These can be found on the labels of the products you received.

  • Q3_Shipping costs (International)

    A. Shipping cost is USD 100. We primarily use FedEx Intl. Priority.
