Endoplasmic reticulum is a cell organelle found in all eukaryotic cells, and it functions by producing protein and delivering it to other places in the cell. Protein disulfide isomerase forms disulfide bonds in newly synthesized protein, reduces, or isomerizes and induces the correct folding of the protein. It's a protein existing in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum. Thus, PDI Monoclonal Antibody is suitable to visualize endoplasmic reticulum and to mark. After marking endoplasmic reticulum by using PDI Monoclonal Antibody, we can choose the second antibody marked the fluorescence of the various wavelength and image the fluorescence of wavelength we want.

Goat anti-Mouse IgG whole antibody is an affinity-purified antibody that reacts with Mouse IgG HC (heavy chain) and LC (light chain), and it doesn't react with non-immunoglobulin serum protein.
