Information
Autophagy is the digesting phenomenon, including cell apparatus, one self’s metabolite and part of the cytoplasm. In Macroautophage, one of the Autophagy, first, there appears isolation membrane structure and forms Autophagosome which is about 1 ㎛ diameter. Autophagy is double layered membranes and can be digested into closed cytosol in the inner membrane, combined with lysosome which have digestive enzyme. LC3 Protein which is conjugated protein of Autophagy can be useful as a marker for Autophagosome.
You can use Goat anti-Rabbit IgG combined Flamma® series which is various kinds of fluorescent pigments with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) along with LC3 Protein for Autophagosome-specific marker among cell organelle.
Goat anti-Rabbit IgG whole antibody is an affinity-purified antibody that reacts with Mouse IgG HC (heavy chain) and LC (light chain), and it doesn't react with non-immunoglobulin serum protein. But the antibody has a possibility of cross-reaction with a different species' immunoglobulin. In case of fluorescein-labelled antibody, dye label rate per antibody combines the 3 to 8 fluorescence dye level, the correct label rate can be checked CoA of each product lot.
